By road 226 km. 20: excellent bouldering area with more than 200 problems. There is a guide with all the information.
Vigilance Mountains
By Route 226 (towards Balcarce) km. 45. Perhaps the best Sport Climbing area in Argentina. Recently opened to the public, it has more than 60 equipped routes, ranging from 6a to 8a on the French scale, and the construction of the “La Vigilancia” Refuge.

Sierras de la Peregrina: Route 226, km. 26. This area has ramps facing northwest and north, with possibilities for interesting flights.

mountain biking

Along the entire coast of Mar del Plata we can enjoy cycling and Mountain Bike, being able to reach the Camet Park or the Cliffs and Ravines. Or by road to the Laguna de los Padres and the Sierra de los Padres.
There is an interesting MTB circuit at Camping “Paso de Piedra” at km. 14.5 of Route 88 to Batán, with interesting slopes and its forest.

trekking

An activity for all ages that is combined with camping, climbing and rappelling.
Independently we can make our tours in the Laguna de los Padres, Sierra de los Padres, Sierra La Brava (all by route 226).
Otherwise, in the campsites in the quarry area, or in the nearby mountains, we can go trekking with local guides who will provide us with everything we need and complementary adventure, ecology or educational activities.

4×4

In Los Padres Mountains there is a private circuit for all-terrain vehicles, with embankments, bumps and other obstacles to learn basic driving techniques. Recently inaugurated this place invites all owners to know the place.

Also in the Parador El Alamo to the south on route 11 activities and 4×4 outings are organized along the Atlantic coast or the dirt roads in the area.

Skydiving

Courses are taught and jumps are offered in the Aero Club Mar del Plata. The tandem baptism jumps are with an instructor from 3,000 meters high and represent about 45″ of free fall at a speed of 200 km/h.; then, when the parachute opens, there will be a 10' flight commanded by the passenger and finally a light landing safe and sound. Video and photos of the jump are offered. Since 17 years.
Aero Club Mar del Plata, Route 88 km. 9.5. Due to the variety of schools and services throughout the year, sea of silver It is an excellent skydiving and flight center in Argentina.
